East African School Of Aviation

East African School Of Aviation (EASA) is an ICAO Regional Training Centre of Excellence (RTCE), an ICAO TrainairPLUS full member, an ICAO Aviation Security training centre (ASTC). EASA is also the training Directorate of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) as an Approved Training Organization (ATO), an IATA training partner, a TVET institution and an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution.

EASA has the following training departments:

Aviation Safety and Security

The department is comprised of Safety Management which deals with Flight Operation and Airport Operations. The department trains top notch flight dispatchers who manage flight planning and the safety of all flights. The Airport Operation course contributes to the industry by equipping students with the knowledge and expertise to manage and plan the daily activities in the airport, for seamless operations.

Aviation Business Management

The Aviation Business Management (ABM) Department provides skills, knowledge and expertise required to provide sound leadership and management in the aviation industry. The department develop talents to ensure the growth of the aviation industry is nurtured and sustained to achieve seamless continuity.

Curriculum Development Unit & Research

Develops standardized training packages related to the aviation industry & conducts instructional programs for officers from wider professional background within the aviation sector and beyond.
