Arrow Web Hospital has grown in stages, changed location and in 2008 was upgraded to a Nursing Home. Undaunted and unfazed by the obstacles faced, Arrow web hospital opened its doors in 2012 to become a fully-fledged private hospital with an aim to providing quality and affordable healthcare in the countless communities. This growth led to the birth of Arrow web hospital Donholm phase 5 at Harambee Sacco Estate. Arrow Web Hospitals was the forerunner of integrated healthcare in Kenya through accreditation by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) making it a pioneer among the private hospital to be accredited as comprehensive health care, Today, the group’s futuristic vision has ensured that it has been in a position of strength at every touch point of the healthcare delivery in the communities.
Its presence encompasses over 70 beds across 2 hospitals. Over years, Arrow groups of Hospitals’ transformative journey has forged a legacy of excellence in healthcare. The Group has continuously led by example in the blossoming private healthcare through adoption of clinical excellence as a standard. This made Arrow web group of Hospitals to partner with NHIS Grampian of Scotland on international programs exchange between the Staff of Arrow web hospital to traveling to Scotland for medical advances and also staff of the Hospitals within Scotts traveling to Arrow web to exchange ideas. The Group continues to break new ground in adopting new technology. Currently, the group believes in Telemedicine – (“telehealth“ or “e-health“) allows us to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in remote locations using telecommunications technology. It allows patients in remote locations to access medical expertise quickly, efficiently and without travel, providing more efficient use of limited expert resources which can “see“ patients in multiple locations wherever they are needed without leaving their facility and comfort of their homes.
